For the perfect family holiday in Spain, the villa is situated on El Rafalet,a quiet urbanization just a few minutes drive from the beaches, the port and the historic town of Javea. The villa is completely detached with a private swimming pool. At the front of the Villa is a parking area for several cars. You are just one mile from Javea golf course, 3 miles from Javea beach & 6 miles from Moraira beach. There are numerous golf courses within easy reach, including the famous 'El Saler' near Valencia. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The villa affords fantastic panoramic views across the valley and of Montgo Natural Park . Javea is midway between Alicante and Valencia airports (90km), with numerous low cost flights from all UK airports. Hire cars are available to pick up and return to both airports at very reasonable rates. Many clients travel to Javea in their own vehicle; we almost always drive and can offer you our experience in planning your route, ferry crossings etc. Rental rates range from £275 per week for winter lets, (the Villa has oil fired central heating), to £975 per week during the peak season.
