The Villa is located on Rafalet, a quiet urbanization just off of the Javea to Benitachell road (CV740), on this road are several restaurants, some within walking distance. Taking the CV740 heading towards Benitachell, you will find the Javea Golf course, 2 petrol stations and the Mas Y Mas supermarket, all within a short drive. Back towards Javea you come to a roundabout, turning right here (Camino Cabanes), will take you to the Beach. Keeping straight at the roundabout and right at the next one, will take you to the Town and Port.

The villa is fully detached, and sleeps a maximum of 7 people. The entrance hall has a dresser and a payphone. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and on-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third, 1 single and 2 as bunk beds. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, large sink, ironing board and iron etc. The living area consists of a lounge with 2 leather sofas a wide screen T.V; DVD and satellite receiver. The dinning room is equipt a dresser and a 6 seater dinning table. The "Naya" (balcony) is accessed via double doors, it is fully glazed with fantastic views. Here you have another 6 seater dinning table and a 3 piece suite. Off of the hall is a second bathroom with bath/shower wash basin and toilet. From the balcony, steps lead to the large private swimming pool, patio area with table chairs and large barbecue. There are ample sun loungers for your use. For Winter lets, the villa is equipt with full central heating.

The total villa rental cost is calculated using the table on the right. All Peak rentals (in red) are for a minimum of 2 weeks. All linen and towels (not beach) are provided and a laundry / cleaning supplement is charged @ £15 per person, with a minimum charge of £60. If you have any questions, please email me.
